- Shane Charles is the Managing Director of Charles Legal Group, which has offices in Charleville and Toowoomba. We also regularly physically visit communities in Quilpie, Cunnamulla and Emerald.
- Shane is also the CEO of Upscale Carbon, a carbon developer who is a voluntary signatory to the ACI Code of Conduct.
- Being a former Commissioner of GasFields Commission of Queensland and having practised exclusively in regional Queensland, he is uniquely qualified to give advice on all manner of compensation agreements: be it coal, gas, renewables and now carbon and biodiversity matters. Shane has also sat on the board of an ASX listed uranium company, and was the Chairman of Stanwell Corporation and Toowoomba and Surat Basin Enterprise.
- Shane has acted for many clients who have entered into carbon agreements and can also give a perspective as a carbon project developer.
