Primary producers, small businesses and non-profit organisations can access personalised support to complete their QRIDA disaster financial assistance applications by booking an appointment with QRIDA.
You can book two types of appointments to get help with your QRIDA disaster financial assistance application:
- An in-person QRIDA Disaster Recovery Pop-up Office at a set time and location near you.
- An online or over the phone QRIDA Connect Session at a flexible time without having to leave your farm or business.
QRIDA Disaster Recovery Pop-up Offices
QRIDA Disaster Recovery Pop-up Offices are hosted across disaster-impacted Queensland regions so you can get help with your QRIDA disaster financial assistance application in-person and within a secure and private environment at a local venue close to you. These temporary Disaster Recovery Pop-up Offices are set up following disasters and have fixed dates, times and locations and should be booked in advance to secure your appointment.
QRIDA’s Disaster Recovery Pop-up Offices are advertised on QRIDA’s communication channels including social media and via email. Be sure to follow QRIDA on Facebook and Instagram and subscribe to QRIDA’s email disaster updates to find out about pop-up offices in your area.
