Using DocuSign for your QRIDA loan
QRIDA issues loan documentation to approved loan applicants via DocuSign is a secure and efficient way for you to review and sign documents electronically.

Signing loan documentation electronically via DocuSign
How does DocuSign work?
- QRIDA verifies applicant identity via a Microsoft Teams video call
When QRIDA has approved a loan application, a QRIDA representative will contact the applicant to arrange a suitable time to undertake a Microsoft Teams video call with them each individually. During this video call, QRIDA will verify that the applicant’s identity matches the photo identification provided when the loan application was submitted.
- Applicant reviews their documentation
Approved applicants will receive an email request to access their loan documents through a link. If the email is not received, applicants should ensure to check their email spam folders. The email request will have a link ‘Review Loan Documents’ which needs to be selected by applicants to access their loan documentation for review. Applicant signs and submits their documents
Once the loan documents have been reviewed, applicants should follow the prompts that will guide them to provide additional information and sign their loan documents electronically. This video may assist applicants with this process. To submit the final signed loan documents, applicants need to click ‘Finish’ which will initiate the submission process. The loan documents will then be transferred to the next signee if required or, when it has been signed by all relevant applicants, sent to QRIDA.
- Applicant receives confirmation
Once the above process has been completed, applicants will receive confirmation that their loan documents have been returned to QRIDA and provided with the option to download copies of their loan document/s.
