Jane FitzGerald
Jane has been a litigator for over 15 years and practised as a solicitor for more than 10 years before being called as a barrister in 2009. Her practice involves all areas of commercial disputes including disputes about rural industries particularly grain trading, cattle growing, feed lotting, associated rural small businesses and family arrangements. Throughout her career, she has been working with people negotiating, mediating and as a last resort, litigating their way through their issues to enable them to move beyond the dispute they face.
