Jane grew up on a family farm in Central NSW and spent time working as a governess in Western Queensland (Windorah). She completed a Bachelor of Business (Agricultural Commerce) and worked in Agri Finance (AGC Equipment Finance) and as a Rural Financial Counsellor for 8 years. She retrained as a mediator in 2010, gaining a Masters of Dispute Resolution, and have been working as a mediator ever since. She mediates family and property matters as well as community and court referred matters and facilitate Family Group Conferences. She has lived on corporate agriculture farms since 2008.
