Alicia has acted for and mediated with private individuals such as graziers and farmers, privately owned companies who were manufacturers of farming equipment, exporters of grain and meat to Asia and suppliers of agribusiness services and financial institutions including one of the big four banks to enforce the terms of securities and loan agreements over the debt owed by entities with large family held farms. Alicia has also acted for receivers and managers appointed to facilitate refinancing of debt or sale of some of mortgaged assets and restructuring of loan exposure; a manufacturer of agricultural products facing a class action of farmers; and graziers and farmers to respond to demands from financial institutions or credit providers in respect of structuring or refinancing of debt (both corporate and personal) arising from changing market or regional conditions).
